First Day out.......

My ultimate goal is to lose 55 pounds in 6 months.  I plan on doing it in a healthy way.  I will lose this weight by eating healthily and exercising.  I have tried this before, but I have never had a plan or stuck to it.  I hate being overweight, I am soooo uncomfortable in my skin and I cannot get used to it.  I am going to weigh myself today and take my measurements in order to have an idea what direction to take.  I will have a weekly weigh in, and daily eating and exercise journal....
